Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LimeShape (the "Service"), operated by ActivePulse Media, a company registered at Ha-Rav Abraham Lahiani 5, Kiryat Gat, Israel ("LimeShape," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LimeShape allows you to build a lifestyle and body profile, describe habits such as nutrition, exercise, and sleep, and generate illustrative projections of how those habits may affect your body over time. LimeShape also offers an optional AI-generated "character card" image feature based on a photo you provide. The Service is provided for informational and illustrative purposes only. See Section 10 ("No Medical or Professional Advice") for important limitations.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The Service is not intended for, directed at, or designed for use by minors. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, and if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly allow children under 16 to create an account. See Section 7 regarding photos of minors, and our Privacy Policy (Section 9) regarding children's data.

You may use the Service without an account in a free, local-only mode, in which your data is stored only on your own device and is never transmitted to us except as described in our Privacy Policy. Creating an account (including via email one-time passcode) and subscribing to a paid plan are, at this stage of the Service, the same action. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Free Plan and Paid Subscriptions

The Free plan gives you full access to the Service's body, lifestyle, and simulation tools, indefinitely, with no account and no payment. On the Free plan:

• Your profile and scenario data is stored only on your own device (not on our servers) — see Section 2;
• You may save one (1) scenario in addition to your baseline, and share it;
• You may generate one (1) AI character-card image, ever, free of charge — a one-time trial of this feature, not a recurring allowance. It is not saved by us; download or share it before leaving the page, or it is lost. Live Shape video generation is not available on the Free plan;
• Your data does not sync across devices, and is lost if you clear your browser/app data or switch devices without manually preserving it.

Paid subscriptions (currently offered as Basic, Advanced, and Premium tiers) unlock cloud storage and synchronization of your profile across devices, a larger number of saved and shareable scenarios, and monthly AI character-card and Live Shape video generation allowances, in the amounts described on our Pricing page (which is the current, authoritative source for exact numbers and prices, and may be updated from time to time). We may change the features, limits, or availability of any plan at any time, with reasonable notice for material reductions affecting existing paid subscribers.

4. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (currently monthly) and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of the current billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for the limited circumstances in which a refund is available.

5. Access After Cancellation

If you cancel auto-renewal, you keep full access to your current paid tier's features until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for. Your plan does not downgrade early just because you cancelled — it downgrades to the Free plan automatically at the end of that cycle, unless you select a new paid tier before then.

6. Downgrades and Data Deletion

This section describes what happens to your saved scenarios when your plan changes to one with a lower scenario limit, whether by your own choice, by cancellation taking effect at the end of a billing cycle, or by any other change of tier. Please read it carefully before cancelling or downgrading — the deletions described below are permanent.

6.1 Downgrading between paid tiers

If you move from a paid tier to a different paid tier with a lower scenario limit (for example, from Premium to Basic), we retain only your baseline profile and your oldest additional scenarios, up to the number permitted by your new tier, counted in the order those scenarios were originally created (oldest first). Any additional scenarios beyond that number — along with any images, shares, or other data associated solely with those scenarios — are permanently and irreversibly deleted at the time the downgrade takes effect. We do not offer a way to choose which scenarios are kept, and we do not retain deleted scenarios in any recoverable form.

6.2 Downgrading to the Free plan

If your subscription ends — whether because you cancelled and let it lapse, because a payment failed, or for any other reason — and you do not have an active paid tier, your account converts to the Free plan. At that point, all data associated with your account on our servers is permanently and irreversibly deleted, including your cloud-stored profile, every saved scenario (baseline and alternative), uploaded reference photos, and generated character-card images. This is because the Free plan does not store any data on our servers — it works entirely on your own device — so there is no lesser-tier cloud record for your account to fall back to. We do not retain backups of this data for the purpose of customer recovery, and once deleted it cannot be restored by us under any circumstances.

6.3 Your responsibility to preserve data

Before cancelling or downgrading, you are solely responsible for exporting, downloading, or otherwise preserving anything you wish to keep — for example, by saving generated character-card images to your own device. We recommend doing this before your billing cycle ends.

7. User Content, Photos, and AI-Generated Images

You retain ownership of any photos, profile information, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to process User Content solely to provide the Service, including transmitting photos you upload to our third-party AI image-generation provider to create your character card. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and consents to any photo you upload, including the consent of any other identifiable person shown in it, and that uploading and processing it does not violate any law or any other person's rights. You must not upload photos of minors other than yourself (if you are a minor using the Service with guardian consent), or content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

Consent to provide personal and health-related information. Body measurements, body composition, fitness level, nutrition, exercise, sleep habits, photos, and any other information you choose to enter into your profile are provided by you voluntarily. By entering this information and using the Service, you consent to its collection and processing as described in our Privacy Policy, including transmission to our AI providers where applicable to generate your projections or character card. You are not required to provide any information beyond what is necessary for the free local-only mode to function, and you may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time as described in that Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent usage limits or security measures of the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

9. No Medical or Professional Advice; No Guaranteed Results

Please read this section carefully — it describes important limitations on what LimeShape is and is not.

• Guidance and entertainment only. LimeShape's body projections and AI-generated character-card images are illustrative estimates generated by a simulation model and an AI image generator, provided for general guidance and entertainment purposes only. They are creative, illustrative outputs — not a scientific or clinical prediction of how your specific body will actually look or respond.
• Not medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes medical, nutritional, fitness, or other professional health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on the Service should be read or relied upon as if it were advice from a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist, or other qualified professional.
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure anything. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or nutritional deficiency, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
• Does not account for your individual medical situation. The simulation model and AI image generator do not know about, and cannot take into account, any medical conditions, medications, injuries, hormonal factors, genetics, or other individual health circumstances you may have. They also cannot account for individual metabolic variation — people absorb, process, and respond to the same diet and exercise differently; some gain or lose weight more easily than others, and your actual results may differ substantially, in either direction, from anything shown by the Service.
• No guarantee of results. We do not promise, warrant, or guarantee that you will achieve any particular outcome, appearance, weight, body composition, or health result shown or implied by the Service, whether or not you follow any lifestyle change it describes.
• Always consult a qualified professional. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or any other aspect of your health — and before relying on anything from the Service if you have, or suspect you may have, any medical condition.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

11. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers to operate the Service, including hosting, authentication, and database providers, and AI image-generation providers. Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers, except as required by applicable law.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA (INCLUDING SCENARIOS DELETED AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 6), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Service.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may stop using the Service, and cancel your subscription, at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 12, 13, and 14) will survive.

16. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction of residence.

18. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
