Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This is a draft document prepared for LimeShape and is provided as a starting point only. It should be reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction — and the bracketed placeholders below filled in with your company's actual legal details — before being relied upon or published.

This Cookie Policy explains how ActivePulse Media ("LimeShape," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies, including browser and device local storage, when you use the LimeShape app and website.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. "Local storage" is a similar browser or app feature that lets a site or app save data on your device directly, without it being sent back to a server on every request the way a traditional cookie is.

2. Cookies We Use

We currently use only strictly necessary cookies, required for the Service to function — specifically, authentication session cookies set by our login/account provider so that you stay signed in. These cookies do not require consent under most cookie laws because they are essential to providing the Service you requested.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent where required by applicable law before doing so.

3. Local Storage and On-Device Data

LimeShape is designed to work fully without an account. If you use the Service this way, your profile, lifestyle information, and scenarios are saved using your browser's local storage (on web) or your device's equivalent storage (on mobile), entirely on your own device. This data is never transmitted to our servers unless and until you create an account. It is under your control at all times — clearing your browser's site data, or uninstalling the app, permanently deletes it, and we have no copy to restore it from.

4. Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you control or delete cookies through their settings. Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary, disabling them may prevent you from staying signed in to a LimeShape account, though the free, local-only mode of the Service will continue to work.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, including to reflect any new cookies or technologies we introduce.
